To tightline or not to tightline, that is the question. If you've got allergy-ridden eyes at the moment I'll answer that for you--don't o it. A kohl pencil is your friend if you want to do this. And why would you want to? Tightlining fills in the spaces between your eyelashes which make them look fuller. Plus, it's like coloring inside the lines and hard to mess up. Of course, you could poke yourself in the eye.
