This alpine lake, is a small pearl set among the
Dolomiti.Il lake is especially beautiful in the spring and summer months as it
acquires a green color intensa.Nelle sweet waters of the lake reflects the
sorceress Owl.
Among high wings covered with fir and larch trees peek over a thousand feet higher, the elusive structures of the great northwest wall, a giant of the Dolomites with its seven miles of Width and four thousand feet in height.
The top of the great owl rises 3,220 meters above sea level.
Around the lake of Alleghe is a simple path that took about two hours to walk .Great way to admire the beauty of Alleghe at the foot of majestic Mount Civetta and an opportunity to admire the flora and fauna.
Do not forget a good pair of binoculars. :)
