Lingerie League

FROM ONE OF TELEVISION'S MOST WATCHED PROPERTIES AND SUPER BOWL HALFTIME SPECIAL, THE LINGERIE BOWL, COMES A NEW LEAGUE CALLED THE LINGERIE FOOTBALL LEAGUE (LFL). THE LFL WILL INCLUDE (10) FRANCHISE TEAMS MADE UP OF THE COUNTRIES HOTTEST AND MOST ATHLETIC WOMEN PLAYING 7-ON-7 TACKLE FOOTBALL.

When you replace NFL officials with Division III, junior college, and lingerie league officials, how could Roger Goodell and the owners expect them to perform at the NFL level. Their experimentation was not well planned or well thought out, even though they knew a lockout was going to happen.

Although the Lingerie is an excellent marketing for the sport, believe it is extremely impractical. Yes it is great to look at and watch because of all the naked women around, but is that really what a sport is about? If you want to see naked women go to a strip club. Im not taking away from the girls in the league as they are all excellent athletes and from the video you have shown, are great at football (the physical part at least). I feel as though its unjust that women have to resort to this as a sport. Why can't women have a professional league such as the NFL or CFL? This league just shows how women cannot really get anything they want and have equal rights to what men do unless they promote some sort of sexual meaning or display themselves as sexual objects. I personally would love to see a regular women's football game as I have watched women's rugby and its unreal. Its terrible that these women have very minimal padding yet its a full contact sport. This is ridiculous, until someone dies, turns into a vegetable or becomes severely paralyzed there will be no changes to the padding. However with that being said, it may not change at all even if someone were to die. All in all, the marketing is an excellent idea and the promotions are great. But it really is a demeaning way to tell women its the only way you can have a professional football league. You must get naked and roll around in the dirt. These are real athletes and deserve real equipment, real rules, real management and real pay or at least some sort of medical coverage.
